Terms of Service — Serv’N Earn

1. Serv’N Earn is a game published by Xinome ("we"). By playing, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not play.
2. The game is offered "as is". We work to keep it free of bugs, but we make no other promises about availability or error-free operation.
3. The game is for a mixed audience of ages 6 and up. At first launch it asks one neutral age-range question; see our Privacy Policy for how that answer is used.
4. The game contains optional in-app purchases processed by Google Play. Google's terms apply to those purchases. Purchased coin packs are virtual items: they are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credits.
5. The game contains ads served by Google, as described in our Privacy Policy.
6. We may update these terms; the date above reflects the current version.
