About this policy. Serv’N Earn ("the App") is a cooking game published by Xinome ("we", "us", "Xinome") for Android devices, available on Google Play. This policy explains what data the App involves, how Google's advertising technology handles data, and how to reach us. Questions: support@xinome.com.

In short

• We do not create accounts and we do not collect personal information from anyone, including children.
• No data is sent to our servers; we operate no servers for this App.
• Ads are served by Google AdMob (details below).
• In-app purchases are processed by Google Play; we never see payment details.
• Everything the App stores (progress, coins, settings, the age-range answer) stays on the device and is removed when you uninstall the App.

What we store on your device

• Game profile: your progress, coins, unlocks, and settings are kept in a local file on your device. They never leave the device.
• Age-range answer: at first launch the App asks which age range applies — "under 13", "13 to 17", or "18 and over". The answer is stored only on your device and is used only to adjust how ad requests are labeled. It is a broad range, not an exact age, it is not personal information, and it is never transmitted to anyone.
• We do not collect names, email addresses, locations, contacts, photos, or any other personal information from anyone, including children.

Advertising

• The App shows ads through Google AdMob (Google Mobile Ads SDK). Two formats: (1) optional rewarded video — shown only when the player chooses to watch it, clearly labeled as an ad; and (2) interstitial ads at the end of a level.
• For children and for players whose age we do not know: ad requests are flagged as child-directed, limited to "G" (all ages) content, are non-personalized, and the advertising ID is not collected for these requests.
• For players 13 and older: Google may serve ads following its standard ad practices, which may include personalization using device identifiers, under Google's own privacy policy (google.com/policies/privacy).
• We do not choose the ads shown; ad content is controlled by Google and its partners. You can manage personalized ads in your Google account at adssettings.google.com.

In-app purchases

• The App offers optional coin packs, purchased through Google Play. Purchases are processed by Google; we do not collect, store, or see any payment information (card details, billing address, or similar).
• Purchases are tied to the player's Google Play account. If a purchase needs help, email support@xinome.com.

Children

• The App is designed for a mixed audience of ages 6 and up, and genuinely includes children.
• We do not knowingly collect personal information from children — or from anyone. The age-range question does not collect personal information.
• Because no personal information is collected or stored off the device, there is nothing for us to delete on request: uninstalling the App removes all of its data from the device.

Because we do not store personal information, uninstalling the App already removes everything it holds.
